Responsibilities:

• Perform routine check on raw materials, semi- and finished food products.
• Perform checking at various stages in production line to implement in-house policies and SOP’s.
• Perform routine check for maintenance of food production facilities, machines and related issues.
• Liaise with contractor to negotiate, organise and follow up on maintenance work
• Assist production manager in control of production
• Implement and maintain documentation system and quality management system
• Coordinate and participate to work safety, quality assurance and hygiene procedures training to related staff.
• Support the implementation of food safety, hygiene and quality assurance operation policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure the entire production process is in compliance with the company standard.
• Investigate and follow-up complaint cases, which are related to food safety and quality aspect.
• Regularly review the performance of pest control condition and follow-up with contractor.
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years experiences in relevant QA experience, exposure of food factory operations will be an advantage.
• Degree holder or above in Food Science / Food Technology or related disciplines and experience
• Familiar with quality assurance systems (HACCP/ISO9001/ISO22000)
• Self-motivated, independent, excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skill, ability to establish relationships both internally and externally
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy, working under tight deadlines
• Proficient in basic computer application
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese / Cantonese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quality Control (QC) Officer
