Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond the correspondence, emails, faxes and web-forms from customers  related  to reservations
• Handle restaurant reservation related enquiries
• Assist in handling incoming calls during peak traffic hours
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as allocated by Senior Management

Requirements:

• Fluent in English is a must & other languages will be advantage
• Related working experience. Customer/member service orientated and good interpersonal skills
