Job Scope:

• To assist the completion of invoice processing 
• To assist with the billing information preparation and to process the credit card transactions
• To ensure an effective and up to date filing system is being maintained
• To provide accurate and timely information to support the payment function
• To gather the up to date invoices from different vendors
• To be flexible and provide assistance to the pricing and admin team during ad hoc project or whenever necessary

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, pricing/cost or relevant field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Office
• Good command in English and Cantonese
• Proactive with good attention to detail 
• Pricing experience will be an advantage, but not required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
