We are an Australian based Brewer who due to business growth and expansion is now focused on bringing our unique Craft offering into the Hong Kong Market.

We are now looking for a dedicated and reliable Assistant Venue Manager for our hospitality venue in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Venue Manager, this is the perfect role for someone with a passion in hospitality, brings commercial thinking and has leadership expertise to take a key role in our Kennedy Town Venue.

In this role you will have the autonomy to bring your expertise and knowledge to life in a very dynamic and ever-changing environment. You will be take a role in the management of the operations while striving to take the Little Creatures brand and venue to the next level in HK.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring strong connection to the brewery and other hospitality operations
• Bringing brand / marketing campaigns to life and ensuring a positive brand interaction for our customers
• Being community engagement focused
• Leading and mentoring team members both operationally and culturally
• Role modelling safety initiatives.

To be successful in this role you will motivated and excited by the opportunity to lead a fun, supportive and hard-working team whilst developing your career with one of the world’s great brewers. You will also have:

• Hospitality management of at least 3 years at a similar level
• Emphasis on putting the 'Customer at the Heart' of everything you do
• Experience leading teams of people
• Recruitment and training experience
