Job Description:

• Provide efficient and excellent service standards and demonstrate knowledge of tea products, tea processing and equipment;

• Promote and sell tea products with snacks & art souvenirs to customers and guests; 

• Handle customer inquiries regarding tea products, preparation, processing and product characteristics;

• Responsible for tea making and handling of special events or workshop;

• Responsible for daily operations of Tea Shop, including stock control.

Job Requirements:

• Related tea certificate, diploma or above will be an advantage;

• 1 – 2 years’ related experience with tea barista or experience in retail / specialty store will be an advantage;

• Excellent problem-solving, communication and customer handling skills;

• Well organized and detail-oriented;

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Applicants with less experience will be considered as Junior Tea Barista.
