Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To assist in formulating purchasing plan and control the material and storage cost
- To work closely with warehouse and shops on product quality and ordering
- To source and develop new suppliers and maintain good working relationships with existing suppliers and logistic companies
- To assist in maintaining stock management and ordering system
- To involve in menu development
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any disciplines, preferable in purchasing / food or related discipline
- Good in Japanese (JLPT N1), fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese
- Able to work independently with good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Immediate available is preferred
