Carezza Ltd, an international, innovative furniture design company, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. Our Customer Service team interact with customers on behalf of the company, processing inquiries and dealing with after sales customer service.

• Manage the quality of after sales customer service (B2B) by understanding the needs of different customers (retailers)
• Strive for positive completion for all customer interactions
• Manage product labeling
• Customer support and advice on care and maintenance best practise for our product portfolio.
• Follow up, confirmations and task completion of any shipments and after-sales deliveries to customers
• Communication between the Hong Kong head office and our after-sales logistics team in Vietnam

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree preferred
• 2 – 4 years working experience
• Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point
• Detail minded and an independent thinker
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential as dealing with international customers.
• Confident and professional manner with the ability to problem solve
• Product knowledge - full training will be provided
• Occasional travel
• Report directly to Managing Director
