To cope with our business expansion plan, we are looking for high caliber Restaurant Managers to take this key leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• To perform day-to-day restaurant operations management;
• To lead, supervise and coach restaurant team members to maintain high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and standard;
• To motivate your teammates to drive sales with the support by the marketing and promotional activities of the company;
• To report to Restaurant Operations Manager.       

Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate holder or above in hotel, catering or hospitality management;
• 3 years solid managerial level experience in multi-cultural western cuisine chain store preferred;
• Strong communication skills in spoken English and Chinese;
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills;
• Positive, energetic and passionate for food;
• Service and customer oriented; 
• Potential candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Restaurant Manager.
