An U.S.-based Healthcare & Life Sciences company with 99,000+ employees in 150+ countries is looking for a Project Manager to join their expanding regional Project Management Area Service Team, to support their business growth.

Project Manager (Regional Role)

• Ensure that high impact programs are conceived, planned, executed, and tracked to meet financial objectives
• Act as liaison with service leaders and others necessary for completion of special projects.
• Assist all countries and service teams in North Asia to meet project deadlines and properly implement strategies
• Manage strategic projects which may include but not be limited to: Service delivery during the product retirement process, global call center initiatives, global initiatives to measure and improve customer satisfaction, etc.
• Establish project scope by creating charter, which includes “Done” for the project, assumptions, necessary conditions and preliminary project risks
• Plan how the project timeline will be created. Develops appropriately detailed, cross-functional, realistic, challenging timeline that include resource requirements and buffers
• Execute project plans to meet project goals, incorporates technical, resource, and regulatory requirements into project plans
• Work with cross-functional team to resolve resource conflicts, allocations

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Sciences, engineering or related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of diverse experience related to commercial operations. Combination of experience and exposure to service, operations, marketing and business development desired. Previous project management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills that are effective in both small and large group settings and experience in managing large scope/impact initiatives
• Frequent travelling is required
