Job Scope:

• Perform administration functions on the IT infrastructure and application systems
• Perform system support and maintenance duties, report and keep track of service   requests and incidents in helpdesk system
• Perform regular system and audit log checking, report system issues and potential risks
• Perform system testing and prepare operation procedures
• Understand the business needs and provide recommendations to management

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in computer science or related discipline
• Good command of English and Chinese. Able to communicate in Putonghua would be an advantage
• Good inter-personal skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Solid knowledge and experience in MS Windows, LINUX and Networking
• Knowledge and experience in computer programming would be an advantage
