Your primary responsibility is to perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) and support the smooth migration of Private WM business to the new system within very tight timeline and thin resources.  Opportunity to be appointed as permanent staff is high in view of organic business growth.

Major Responsibilities:

• Support WM in reviewing functional test and system interface test results to refine the scope of UAT test cases.
• Handle various business support duties in the team
• Ensure all control measures are in compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and the code of conduct from regulatory bodies
• Build close relationship with business partners and demonstrate strong operations expertise
• Handling ad-hoc tasks such as special project and clean up exercise
• Liaise and partner with front office Central Treasury Unit and Finance Team to resolve balance sheet reconciliation, internal funding pool and transfer pricing issue
• Liaise and partners with various functions such as front office, settlement, business managers and finance supporting business new initiatives and provide recommendation
• Co-ordinate and closely monitor front to back user teams in test case and test data preparation.
• Primarily execute UAT by implementing test scripts
• Support review and prioritize test issues raise by user teams and closely follow up with IT and third party vendor.
• Manage UAT issue logs and other system implementation tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Good knowledge in equity trades and preferably, broader product knowledge in asset classes such as fixed income, funds and derivatives.
• Sound knowledge in wealth management business operations flow.
• Knowledge in local stock trading ABC system or Triple’A Plus system will be an advantage
• Degree holder in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred, but knowledge in SDLC, good sense in business and product knowledge are more critical.
• Attention to details with good problem solving and analytical skills
• Business trip to Shenzhen may be required.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.  Putonghua is a plus.
