You will be assigned to our client office to work

Work duties:

i. Provide first-tier daily IT support in software, hardware, system and related issues;

ii.  To assist in diagnosing problem, suggest solutions, propose equipment enhancement and follow-up action /ad-hoc maintenance/ support tasks

ii. To assist in administrative duties, eg. copy, transform, transfer digital files, up-keeping the digital image 

iii. To oversee the installation and relocation of hardware and software

iv. To create and revise of user account of the management system.

Requirement:

1.  Diploma in computer science, information technology or equivalent   

2.  Computer knowledge: Proficiency in MS Word/ Excel, internet, typing: Chi and Eng

3. 1 year full time work experience in control and operation of a data system or support services

4. Proficiency in Chinese and English data entry & in reading and writing Chinese and English

5. Hand-on experience in archive / museum/ library collection/ cataloguing system preferred  

4. Good communication skills and proficiency in reading and writing Chinese and English
