Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, commissioning, maintenance, trouble shooting and fault clearing on telephony systems and related projects
• Provide support on WLAN, network and security products such as firewall, SSLVPN, IPS, wireless, PABX, Anti-spam, web filtering, bandwidth management, server load balancing, WAN optimization.
• Provide 7 x 24 technical/emergency support to customers (including hybrid telephone system, voice mail system, call center system, networking system, Wi-Fi, firewall, etc.)
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to achieve SLA targets
• Coordinate with Customer Service Officer and Supervisor to achieve SLA targets
• Set up trial equipment’s in lab and customer environment.
• Solution Preparation/Proposal based on Customers’ Requirements
• Proof of Concept Creation
• Creation of Marketing Documents
• Design and implement network and wireless projects.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and monitor remote site environment and VPN service.
• Audit and review log regular to ensure user environment stable

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Diploma in IT/Telecommunication/Electronic or related discipline
• At least 2 to 4 years experiences in support field, candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Engineer
• Strong knowledge of networking and security
• Certificate holder of ACIS or ACSS, CCNA or CCNP would be preferred
• Experience in Avaya/Aruba/Cisco/NEC/Ruckus/Huawei implementation and maintenance is an advantages
• Good command of English & Chinese and able to communicate in Mandarin
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is preferable
