The Senior  Manager -Systems  &  Innovation  will  play  a  significant  role  in leading   the   company’s   technology  innovation   and   expansion   strategy.  He/she  will  take  the  lead in finding  new  technology-based services  or solutions.  He/She  will  help  to bring  them  to  market,  assist  with  product management and  deployment,  administer  the  system  and  oversee  their integration with clients’systems.

To qualify for this role, you will need:

• At least 5-7 years of working experience in a technology environment, experience with language service providers would be an advantage;
• Knowledge in IT support, such as Microsoft Windows configuration, Deskstop Admin;
• Some experience with CMS systems such as Sitecore, CQ5, Ektron, EpiServer, Joomla, Wordpress;
• Strong ability to provide creative solutions to problems;
• Ability to anticipate issues and pre-empt these situations;
• A logical thinker and communicator who can explain intricate processes and technical specifications in a clear manner;
• Proven ability to multi-task, manage projects efficiently, and operate with accuracy and precision;
• Commercial understanding to be able to identify product opportunities and their application to clients’ businesses;
• Fluent  in  English.  Knowledge  of  Cantonese  or  Putonghua  would be  an advantage
