Our client, a pioneer in financial services industry is searching for a potential candidate to assume the position of Sr. Data Analytics Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead the business delivery of data analytics operation
• Understand existing operations, design transformation strategy, and develop quick-wins and roadmap towards more customer-centric solution, including the identification of the building blocks in association with the evolvement of the current analytics & customer relationship management (CRM) on customer contact activities
• Provides strategic and operational directions for technologies, strategies and operations related to CRM and analytics transformation
• Work with Technology, Business Units and Channel teams to provide a detailed implementation plan
• Ensure that all activities carried out during the transition can be successfully implemented in a sustainable manner and that processes and automation are improved in a responsible manner to meet regulatory and customer needs

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Statistic, Computer Science or any related disciplines
• Over 10 years of experience in data analytics
• Strong analytical and presentation skill with good numerical sense
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Execellent command of spoken/written English/Cantonese/Mandarin
