Job Description
Responsibilities:
l Provide application support on various financial systems (futures trading system, and back office system)
l Liaise with application vendors / Exchange on any production issue, work with them on solutions proposals and issue fixes
l Design, implement, troubleshooting and configure networking equipment such as firewalls, routers and switches
l Monitor the healthiness of systems, report and troubleshoot irregularities & problems
l Maintain and ensure systems smooth operations in both front and back office environment
l Assist to manage the IT infrastructure, operation and system project
Requirements:
l Degree holders in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related disciplines, CCNA/CCNP is an advantage
l Knowledge of and experience with multiple switch, router and firewall vendors such as Cisco/Juniper is a plus
l Knowledge of LAN / WAN management and support
l Experience in hardware & software troubleshooting, Microsoft Windows Server (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group policy)
l Responsible and detail-oriented, a good team player
l Fluent in English and Mandarin is an advantage
l Fresh graduate is also welcome
