Job description:

• Manage, monitor and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of projects and product development.
• Provide assistance to Project Managers and Product Managers for product and project development.
• Work with the product team to improve day to day running of product and project teams.
• Provide general administration & documentation support to the team
• Help to resolve development related issues, such as coordination of resources and end user testing.
• Attend client meetings and assist with consolidation of project requirements
• Keep the Project & Product Managers (PM) and other related parties informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations

Job requirement:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or related disciplines are preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing, computer software product or software development would be an advantage
• Good time management, able to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work well as a team or as an individual contributor
• Good command of English and Chinese, communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
