Job Responsibilities:

• To coordinate internal users and external vendors for project arrangement
• Participate in software development and system / analysis and design
• Designing, system development, system support, testing and applications implementation
• Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule and responsible to track project changes.
• Coordinate and participate in team meetings. Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and reports
• Ensure coordination of the interfaces between clients and project / delivery team.
• Project documentations (hard and soft copies) according to company compliance and regulations

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder of any discipline (IT related preferably)

• 1 Year relevant working experience preferred
• Fresh graduate will be considered
• Administration work or Customer Service experience will be an advantage
• Willing to learn and work in a fast changing environment
• Passion to develop career in IT
• Strong client and service orientated attitude
