Job Description

• Responsible for engaging, marketing and selling IT solutions to channel partners
• Serves as the expert to the partner for more advanced information regarding product, services, and solution transitions, promotions, and configurations.
• Develop new route to market either through a new or existing channel and direct resources.
• Add partners or direct sales resources to your existing routes to market.
• Plan and formulate sales strategy in channel business
• Maintain business relationship with partners and lead those parties achieving sell in / sell thru target.
• Lead and work with various internal teams to formulate solutions and strategies to compete in a high competitive environment
• Prepare and Provide professional sales consultation and product presentation.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree holder, ideally from IT or Computer Science is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of selling experience at end user account or partner level.
• Understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel, including competitive positioning
• Strong communications and presentation skills are requisites to the success of this role
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.
• Understanding of pipeline management basics and ability to explain benefits to partners.
• Good customer service attitude and able to deal with different types of users.
• Basic command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
