A leading FinTech and business consulting firm is looking for a Senior Project Management Officer for its Hong Kong office.  Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be part of the Solution Team and your main responsibilities are:

• Main point of contact for project status; work with project manager, project work stream leads to gather information about the project status
• Establish and track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, decisions and budget
• Gather actions from multiple sources and track them to completion
• Support overall project and work stream planning and the execution of project plan
• Establish, and ensure adherence to, appropriate project governance 
• Interact directly with external clients to gather information and clearly communicate status 
• Support the project manager and team for all topics related to project management 

Qualifications 

• University degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years of related experience in a project-based environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint. Planner is a bonus.)
• Strong team player
• Proactive approach to work and ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
• Willingness to work at client premises locally and potentially abroad on long-term projects
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
