One of our client, a Japanese manufacturing company, is currently seeking a suitable candidate to join their elite team.

Responsibilities

•        Perform helpdesk support to end-users at Hong Kong and Shenzhen offices;
•        Provide daily routine tasks & system operation for server and network;
•        Execute regular backup procedures and maintain hardware/ software inventory;
•        Hardware / Software installation & equipment setup, system support, configuration and trouble-shooting;
•        Update and create data report for sales operation using Excel;
•        Perform vendor management and general IT Administration;

Requirement

•        Diploma or above in IT, Computer Studies or related disciplines;
•        At least 1 year’s relevant working experience in providing technical support to end-users;
•        Working experience/ Knowledge of Windows Server, Lotus Notes Server / MS Outlook, MS Office is preferred;
•        Good interpersonal and communication skills;
•        Good command of English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
