Our client is urgently seeking qualified candidates with the following responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities:

l  Setup and maintenance of a fleet of Linux and Windows systems in a mixed environment of both on-premises and public cloud to deliver services in high availability.

l  Maintain system security and respond promptly to security vulnerabilities.

l  Monitor system healthiness with various tools and respond to alert during on-call duty.

l  Automate system and cloud operations with API and scripting language.

l  Perform network, storage, database and user administration.

l  Troubleshoot system operations and performance problem.

l  Deploy infrastructure services and provide user support services.

l  Technologies evaluation and tools development to improve operation efficiency.

l  Take up ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

l   Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.

l   2 years’ experience in system administration with automation. Experience in Linux system administration and open source technologies is strongly preferred.

l   Have experience on using public cloud services (IaaS, PaaS).

l   Familiar with Infrastructure as Code practice and be able to use common configuration management tools for system management.

l   Good problem-solving skill for handling system operations issue.

l   Good security sense and eager to learn new technologies.

l   Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.

l   Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, detail minded and result oriented.

l   Able to work independently and meet tight schedule.

l   Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant System Administrator.
