Nature of Business: Japanese Trading Company

Working Days: 5 Days

Working Location: Kowloon

Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for Hong Kong and Shenzhen offices

- Handle PC setup, system and software installations etc.

- Liaise with system supplier and maintain system health status, server, network performance and security control

Requirements:

- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines

- Good command of English and Mandarin, Native Cantonese speaker, knowledge of Japanese is a plus

- Min. 1 year exp. in IT operation support

- Knowledge of Windows, server (MS/Oracle/IBM), Exchange/Outlook, EPR system, etc.

- Immediate available is highly preferred
