Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and review the company network and cyber security architecture, policies, guidelines, standards and procedures
- Ensure confidentiality of data and availability of critical utilities and information assets
- Manage, evaluate and follow up the network and security related projects
- Ensure information security alignment with business and IT strategies
- Establish and maintain information security policies, procedures and standards
- Formulate and promote security awareness such as basic information security concepts and responsibilities regarding protection of information assets
- Liaise with IT services providers and monitor their performance
- Plan and develop cyber security roadmap and facilitate implementation of cyber security related projects
- Conduct on-going monitoring and reporting of compliance with the IT security standards
- Establish a reporting process to ensure senior management being kept appraised of the effectiveness of the information security program and security incident resolution
- Liaise with IT teams and vendors to conduct investigation and rectification in case of cyber incidents
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
- Good knowledge in data center networking and hands-on experience in major network and cyber security vendors’ solutions
- Possession of CCNA / CCNP / CCIE or equivalent; CISSP is an advantage
- At least 8 years’ hands on IT experience in infrastructure, network and application, in which 3 years’ experience in security operation and project management in MNC or retail industry
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Well-organized and strong sense of responsibility
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
