Job duties:

·           Troubleshooting of PC hardware and software

·           First response to network failure and settings up new network structure

·           Experience working with firewalls, routers, switch and networking peripherals

·           Install and upgrade of desktop hardware and software

·           Monitoring of IT and software inventories

·           Providing daily support to office network and computer facilities

·           Monitoring and maintenance for current office system, security and backup

·           Performing ac-hoc projects

Requirements:

·           Higher Diploma / Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines

·           Minimum 2 years experience in IT networking or technical support field

·           Proficiency in MS office and good computer skills

·           A strong troubleshooting skill related to network and server failure

·           Good knowledge in network infrastructure such as VPN, MS office support, MySQL and basic knowledge on database administration is preferred

·           Experience and knowledge in the finance industry is highly preferred
