Job Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for IT infrastructure systems administration, supporting daily operation and maintaining an efficient system capable of providing reliable and secure computer environment;
• Monitor online security for users and networks and takes appropriate procedures to address security breaches;
• Liaise with vendors / contractors to ensure the service quality maintained;
• Plan and schedule the preventive maintenance for IT systems;
• Assist in planning and participate in the implementation of upgrade and new-adoption projects;
• Compile regular reports including daily health check reports and make recommendations to improve availability and performance;
• Design and implement the most suitable system infrastructure to meet business needs, assist to overlook networks team in China;
• A facilitator and owner for any changes of infrastructure.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years working experience in handling IT infrastructure and system administration;
• Strong technical know-how on configurations of Switching / Routing / Firewall, Network Security / Virtualization / Windows, Linux, Storage / Cloud equipment & services especially the Active Directory, Cisco IP Phone, VMware, Fortigate / Juniper / CenOS and etc;
• Hands on administration, design and troubleshooting;
• Working experience in Retail environment is highly preferable;
• Knowledge of MS SQL and Oracle DB administration would be definite advantage;
• Self-motivated, good team player with multi-tasking capabilities and able to meet deadline;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
