Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for front-end desktop support either by phone or in person for multiple locations in Asia
Document instances of hardware and software failure, issues, repair, and resolution.
Verify server and PC backups are occurring as planned and implement test recovery.
Develop and maintain a hardware and software inventory
Ensure proper hardware and software is in place when new employees start.
Set up new computer systems and add to the domain.
Provide initial computer and network orientation for new employees.
Troubleshoot network issues
Act as the contact window to liaison with Denver IT team on ERP system user requests.

REQUIREMENT:

Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Cantonese is a must, fluent in Putonghua preferred
End user (desktop support) experience is a must
Degree in computer science or relevant experience
Minimum 3 years working with LAN/WAN corporate networks and Microsoft domains as well as Active Directory
Minimum 3 years troubleshooting of PC hardware, software, and peripherals
An understanding of corporate security in terms of anti-virus and anti-malware
Experience in establishing and managing backup systems
Experience with video conferencing systems
Support Windows CE and Android OS (for the warehouse handheld units)
Having at least 2 years' hands-on experience with any ERP system is required. Experience on Microsoft Dynamics(NAV) is an absolute advantage
Experience in working with MNC and US team preferred
Occasionally travel to China office (Shenzhen) required
