Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide deskside support on PC and software applications for all users
- Perform hardware and software maintenance services
- Provide networking and server backup support
- Communicate with vendors for all IT related work such as facilities purchasing and repairing
- Assist in managing hardware & software inventory items and prepare up-to-dated inventory records
Requirements:
- HKDSE / HKAL graduate or above
- With 1 year IT support experience
- Hans-on experience in PC problem diagnosis and end users support
- Experience in supporting Windows Server 2003 /2008/ 2012 and Linux
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office and Outlook
- Knowledge of LAN / WAN and TCP / IP maintenance
- MCP or MCSE holder is an advantage
- A good team player, self-motivated and hard-working
- Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediately available is preferred
