Role Objective / Purpose

The role of Technical Specialistis responsible for handling day-to-day auto-reporting tasks and VBA programming on enhancing the efficiency of existing manual work flow.

 Sampling Preparation

• De-duplication
• Formatting

Manual Task Automation

• VBA Script Development
• Workflow Enhancement

IBM SPSS Data Collection Base Professional (For Senior Technical Specialist is a MUST)

• Questionnaire Scripting
• Data Manipulation
• Tabulation Scripting

Database management

• Database Setup on MS Access
• Day-to-day Management using MS Access

 Others

• Data Manipulate Solution

Qulification:specifcationQualification：

• Degree holder in Statistics / Computer Science / Information System or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferably in data management
• Good analytical and presentation skills with strong data mining sense
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese/Chinese

Knowledge (including general and IPSOS specific knowledge)：

• Preferably with knowledge on market research and any statistical software
• Knowledge of VBA, SPSS, SAS is an asset
• Skillful in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Skill (including technical and people skill)：

• Accurate, average typing speed, with good computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Good analytical skills
