Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of clerical, secretarial & administrative support to Executive Office
• Handle any incoming and outgoing correspondence in a professional manner and assist with follow-up as required
• Responsible for arranging meeting schedule, business trips, appointment and travel arrangements, etc.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentation materials, coordinate meetings, etc.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties if required 

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Fresh graduated will also be considered
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English is an advantage
• Immediately availability is preferred
