• 1 Malay speaking Digital Media and Member Loyalty Executive – part time
• 1 Korean speaking Digital Media and Member Loyalty Executive – part time
• 1 Tagalog & English speaking Digital Media and Member Loyalty Executive – full time

Responsibilities:

• Represent Toluna by actively driving, growing and managing Toluna’s online communities and our social media pages in Korea/Malaysia/Philippine/Singapore, building healthy relationships with community members, and engaging directly with members online
• Analysis and monitor market trends, develop and implement necessary marketing programs to encourage more people to join our online communities in the 4 countries stated above
• Manage media buying campaigns with existing/new partners to achieve set target with monthly budget
• Respond to member inquiries via email
• Incentive redemption handling
• Translations and translation checks
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Native Korean/Malaysian/Filipino/English speaker is a must
• Experience in the market research industry is not compulsory
• Proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded, and can work without constant supervision
• This position is located in our Hong Kong office (TsimShaTsui). Overseas candidate please do not apply
