Job Requirements :

- Graduate of University or tertiary institute in MIS / IT / Computer Science.

- Knowledge of window NT, 2000, 2003, 2016, Linux, Samba, and TCP/IP Networking .

- Experience in MS SQL server and operation.

- Proficiency in English and Mandarin,

- Independent, willing to learn and work initiative.

- Well known to management and problem solving skill of Win 2003 server and Win 2000 server and Win 2016 server. 

Job Duties :

- Maintain & install computer (HW and software) and network of company.

- Need to travel to China.

- Helping user to solve problem.

- Occasionally travel to Dongguan, China

Responsibilities:

- Providing in-house user support on all IT aspects including hardware, software, VPN setup and network troubleshooting.

- Performing regular system monitoring, data backup server administration, company web site basic maintain, ERP system maintain.

- Handling IT asset management, system documentation and work on ad-hoc IT-related task.
