Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible to provide HR generalist services to HK offices
- Leading a small team to perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee relations ,Performance Management and the enhancement of HRIS etc.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are complied with governmental laws and corporate best practices
- Provide HR advice and support to all line managers, understanding their operation and needs for manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Degree holder or above of Human Resources or related disciplines
- At least 8 years of HR generalist experience in sizable is required, experience in retail, e-commerce, telecommunications industry is an advantage
- Well-versed in HK employment and taxation law are required
- Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Less experience candidate will be considered as HR Assistant Manager
