Job Description
Our client, an international firm, they are looking for a Legal Secretary for corporate/commercial sector, the requirements are as follow:-
Job Responsibilities and Job Requirements:
- Report to Partner - Commercial, perform legal secretary for Partner and his team; (2-4) professionals;
- Degree holder or relevant work experience / qualification;
- Minimum of 5+years of legal secretary experience;
- Responsible of all-rounded legal secretary function, edit & format legal documents, legal filing, arrange travel & hotel accommodation, set up meeting and bills checking, arrange conferences and etc;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, Independent, Responsible, Initiative and Flexible;
- Good English is MUST, Native Cantonese.
