Job Description:  Administrative Assistant

If you are an energetic, highly communicative person, fluent in English and Cantonese writing, reading and speaking, who is able to compose clear written administrative documents and willing to work in young dynamic team, you have come to the right place!

Duties:

• Provide daily secretarial support and handle all administrative matters as required.
• Assist all aspects of administrative management, customer service, and communication.
• Communication with IRD and Companies Registry in Hong Kong
• Schedule and coordinate meetings
• Replaying emails
• Handle information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
• Data Entry and Filing

Requirements:

• Working location: Sheung Wan
• Appropriate computer and software skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Windows)
• Confidentiality, organization, professionalism, willing to learn and loyalty essential
• Written and spoken English and Cantonese. 
• Able to work independently and meet deadline
• Fresh graduate will also consider 

We operate on a 5-day work week.
