Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive HR services including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, benefits administration, performance management, training and development and employee relations
• Serve as a business partner to the internal departments in all HR matters and provide value-added HR services
• Drive and implement effective Human Resources policies
• Develop career and retention plans for high potential talent for achieving the business targets and goals
• Participate in any HR projects such as HRIS enhancement and implementation
• Handle other ad hoc project as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Possess 5 years solid experience in full spectrum of HR in sizeable organizations or labour intensive industries
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related Ordinances and statutory requirements
• Proactive, mature, logical thinking and detail-oriented
• Strong numeric sense, excellent analytical, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS windows applications i.e. MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing, etc
• Proficient in verbal and written skills of both English & Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
