Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions including recruitment, manpower planning, benefit and compensation, performance management, employee retention. Have campus recruitment experience is an advantage;
- Update and maintain human resources data base and employment records;
- Manage working permit application and renewal for non-local employees;
- Prepare and analyze various HR regular and management reports;
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements;
- Carry out ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in HR Management or related discipline.
- 5-8 years’ solid experience in a full spectrum of HR Operations.
- Sound knowledge in Labor Ordinances and other related legislations.
- Mature with strong initiative, independent with pleasant character.
- Well-organized, good team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
- Proficient in PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
- Immediate Available is highly preferred.
