Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up customer compliments and complaints
- Facilitate in-house & outsource training
- Prepare reports timely
- Support the maintenance of membership program
- Support departmental administration work
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, PR, Communication, Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 1 year working experience, preferably experienced in customer service
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing)
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Good telephone manner, interpersonal and customer service skills
