Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for shipment and order follow up
- Handle full set I/E documents independently
- To open and issue LC documents
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and forwarder/logistic service providers to ensure daily logistic operations in timely and accurate schedule
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with full certificate
- Able to handle full set of shipping documents, including I/E & L/C and banking documents
- At least 2-3 years relevant working experience with trading firm
- Mature, self-motivated with strong sense of commitment and hardworking
- Good command of written/spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Familiar with PC operations (MS office, Chinese word processing, Photoshop, AI, etc.)
