The Job:

• Monitor the contractors' repair, consultants' work and general maintenance works.
• Assist to liaise with landlords, tenants and relevant parties related to property management.
• Maintain a good relationship with agents, landlords and tenants.
• Responsible for applying license for shops (e.g. Fresh Provision Shop License).
• Design, Prepare and Monitor floor plan, ventilation plan, drainage, fire services, etc. by using Drawing Software.
  
• Assist in retail shop renovation, ensuring that work schedules as well as the cost and quality control of contractors’ work are properly managed
• Prepare tenancy record and maintenance report.
• Handle emergency incidents related to the headquarters and shops, such as typhoon, flooding, and electrical failure, lift breakdown, etc. and prepare the incident report for insurance claims.
• Outdoor duties required.
• Other ad-hoc projects.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as “Assistant Property & Admin. Officer”

The Person:

• Non-degree tertiary education in any discipline
• Proficiency in written English and Chinese
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge in drawing software such as AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop etc. is preferred.
• Well-organized, independent, detail-oriented
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with external contractors and suppliers
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with positive and hardworking attitude
• Experience in food industry is an advantage
• Immediate available is a must
