Job Responsibilities: 

• Daily support includes: health check, system monitor, day-end operation, data backup and log management;
  
  
• Provide hardware and software setup, configuration and asset management;
  
  
• Provide daily IT technical support in workstation, server, network etc…
  
  
• Ensure the smooth running and healthiness of all systems;
  
  
•  Assist with scheduled and emergency maintenance and deployment events with knowledge / experience;
  
  
•  Monitor & analysis WAN traffic, troubleshooting with ISP or other related parties

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Studies or equivalent;
  
  
•  At least 3 years of system technical support experience in managing network equipment;
  
  
• Familiar in LAN/WAN, LAN Cabling, switches, routers, VPN, Firewall products;
  
  
• Familiar in Linux, VMWare, Icewarp system would be an advantage;
  
  
• Holder of MCP/MCSE/CCNA would be an advantage;
  
  
• Providing off-hours operational support when necessary;
  
  
• Independent, good problem solving skills and good team player;
  
  
• Good command in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarina)
