Job Description

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources/Business or equivalent
  • 4-6 years experience in payroll execution and benefits administration
  • Background gained from sizable organizations is highly preferred
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and related legislations
  • Well-organized, energetic, sensitive in figure with cheerful personality
  • Familiar with MS Office, Excel (VLookup/Pivot Table) and Outlook
  • Good command of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
  • Immediate available will be a great advantage

Responsibilities

  • Handle the whole cycle of payroll processing in accordance with company policies
  • Responsible for payroll processing, salary verification and taxation preparation
  • Communicate with line managers on payroll issues and benefits matters
  • Maintain accurate HR information and prepare various HR reports in regular basis
