Requirements

  • HKCEE / Certificate holder or above
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in trading or manufacturing company
  • Solid experience in order processing and preparing sales documents
  • Computer literate in using MS Office including Excel, Chinese WP
  • Well-organized, dynamics, flexible and attention to details
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Place orders to suppliers and arrange delivery with clients and factory
  • Prepare sales invoice, purchase orders, quotation and delivery note
  • Support the team on daily operation and maintaining daily schedules
