Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Provide clerical and administrative support for daily operations of all admin functions of the Company including filing, procurement of office supplies, equipment maintenance, document management, etc.
- Assist in warehouse management, office repair and maintenance projects of the Company
- Maintain and handle scheduled tasks of admin section
- Assist in ad hoc projects as required
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Form 5 / DSE or above
- 3 years or above solid experience in administration field
- Familiar with office renovation is an advantage
- Initiative, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- Positive working attitude with high sense of responsibility and good team player
- Basic understanding of English
- Immediate available is highly preferred
