Our Client is a well-known insurance company and now looking for Sales & Training Support Officer to join their crew:

Reporting Line:

District Director

Responsibilities:

• Assist the District Director to identify the training needs of sales platforms/partners/ product comparison and hence developing the training programs and roadmap in order to better equip the sales team.
• Design the training materials e.g. PowerPoint and conduct the training for target audience
• Organize the events/ workshops/ seminar
• Be responsible for providing wide varieties of top-notch secretarial and administrative support, together with a professional team, to the senior management

Requirements:

• University graduate in any discipline
• Minimum of 1 years relevant working experience in the insurance/ training/ sales industry
• Knowledge in insurance industry will be advantage
• Good sense in training course design, development and evaluation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, detailed-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
• Familiar with MS office e.g. PowerPoint and Excel.
• Good Command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Immediate available is preferred
• IANG Visa is also welcome
