Job Description

Our Client is an innovative diamond & jewellery company in Hong Kong and Macau. Now they are looking for Accounts & Admin Clerk to join their young & energetic team.

Responsibilities:

To handle salary calculation incl. autopay, cheque payment & MPF contribution
Responsible for daily accounting operation, data input and filing
Handle daily transactions of Accounts Payables (AP) and Accounts Receivables (AR) and cash flow monitoring report
Assist in daily accounting operation and month-end closing
Process bank and cheque payments
Prepare monthly cash flow, bank reconciliations
Handle general clerical works and administrative duties
Daily accounting work & other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Accounting with 1-2 years accounting working experience preferable (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
Self-motivated, well-organized, hardworking and willing to learn
Mature, Honest , hardworking, stable and responsible, strong time management with good communication skills
Good command in written & spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
Immediate availability will be an advantage
