Job Description

Our Client is an innovative diamond & jewellery company in Hong Kong and Macau. Now they are looking for Sales & Operation Executive to join their young & energetic team.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and respond in an efficient & professional manner
Follow up showroom operations from order fulfillment & related tracking, product packing & shipping and payment settlement
Manage and ensure accuracy of the inventory
Input data and upload customers' information
Assist general administration for the team
Perform simple data analysis for management

Requirements

Degree or Diploma holder in Business related discipline
Minimum 1-2 year of relevant work experience
Related jewelry or luxury good or retail industry will be an advantage
Responsible, excellent interpersonal, co-ordination and problem solving skills
Mature, Cheerful, Eager to learn, flexible, detailed orientated and collaborate with the teams
Well versed with PC applications like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing, proficiency in Excel Functions
Immediate availability will be an advantage
