Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Operation Support, Technical in providing quality services to the Data Centre Customer
• Oversee all building systems and critical facilities equipment including fire/life safety, mechanical and electrical systems. Plan, implement, co-ordinate and supervise all mechanical/electrical operations, maintenance and energy management programs for a critical facilities environment.
• Ensure Data Centre resources, hardward and human are best utilized to meed Customer Service Level
• Plan, direct and co-ordinate all Data Centre activities and oversees, approves all implementation that will affect the Data Centre
• Act as secondary system security officer to control all super id of accessing the production system
• Provide timely feedback to management regarding issues affecting the quality of service to the client

Requirements

• Degree holder with minimum 10 years of experience of Data Centre and Operation
• MCSE / CCNA / RHCE / CISSP are preferred
• Experience on manage data center facility, including CRAR, FM200, CCTV, Water Detective, Fire proof materials, VESDA and so on
• Able to manage and control operator work flows
• Good command and communicate skill between operator and counter parties in company
