Job Description
System and Network Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in Infrastructure expansion and migration projects
- Configure and manage Routers, Switches, Firewalls and network peripherals
- Perform network design for resilience and security
- Prepare technical documentation on network architecture and design
- Perform monitoring on network infrastructure
Requirement:
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline.
- Holder of professional certification such as CCNA/CCNP will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in System and Network Administration and Support.
- Experience in network design, infrastructure deployment, structural cabling, configuring and supporting major brand Firewall, UTM, Load-balancer and IPS products.
- Hands-on experience on Router, LAN Switch, VPN, Unix/Linux is a MUST.
- Experience on virtualization would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge on TCP/IP, MPLS, VPN, DNS, Email, MRTG and network monitoring tools.
- Experience on network security, such as IDS, Anti-virus, Anti-spam, etc.
- Experience in Linux system
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, independent and able to work under pressure.
