• Lead a web development team to facilitate the development of new and existing applications
• Translate business requirements into well-engineered, tested and deployed Mobile/Websites/application systems
• Work closely with both internal and external customers, collaborating with other teams on application development
• Assume technical responsibility for all stages of the application development process to ensure quality deliverable and achieve the business requirements

• University graduate in Computer Science or other related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years relevant working and leading experience in web development
• Experience with development methodologies such as Agile/Lean/CMMI
• Experience with project management methodologies from PMP or Prince2
• Knowledge in the Web application development and application integration process, methodologies and direct implementation to applications projects
• Solid knowledge of Web based technologies, not limited to ecommerce, DB2, J2EE, jQuery, DOJO, HTML5, CSS, Ajax, Websphere application server, Mobile technologies, GoogleAnalytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau
• Able to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
